DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
It is not necessary to create an account in order to place an order. You can also check out as a guest. However, there are benefits to creating an account with our shop. By doing so, you can save your address information to your account, making checkout faster because you won't have to enter it again and again when placing orders. You'll also be able to view your order history, including the current status of any purchases you've made, and track your orders. Additionally, logging in allows you to access previously added products to your basket and save your Wish list.
HOW DO I CREATE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT WITHIN YOUR STORE?
To create your online account click on the setting icon, located at the top right hand side of our store, under the "Login" button, click on "Register Now" and the create a new account. Enter your details and password. Please always ensure that your details on your online account are up to date.
HOW DO I ACCESS AND EDIT MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION AFTER I HAVE LOGGED IN?
To access and edit your account information after logging in from a desktop, click on 'My Account', then wait until you see 'Access My Personal Data' (you can find this at the bottom if there is already some data in your account); click on this and then the options of 'Edit data' (on the left) and Download data (on the right) will display. On mobile or smaller devices, click on the 'Menu' button on the top left side and then click on the setting icon, and then the 'Access My Personal Data' button. You can choose from the options, Edit data and Download data.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We aim to dispatch products within 1 - 7 working days, depending on the type of product. Sometimes delays may occur due to busy times as holidays or unforeseen circumstances. We will let you know if there is any delay. Delivery times also depends on countries. Delivery within the UK is generally between 3 - 5 days after dispatch. DO WE PAY ADDITIONAL SALE TAXES ON PRODUCTS THAT WE PURCHASE IN YOUR STORE?
All additional taxes on products are included in the price so you would not need to pay for this. Please keep in mind that some orders, especially to the EU and countries outside the EU may be subject to customs fees that must be paid by the recipient.
